A new pop-up restaurant is serving Lao food inside Mingo's Louisiana Kitchen, located in Laveen Village. Khon's Lao Fusion restaurant is owned by Khon Cuesta, who brought it to Arizona to introduce Lao food.
They serve po'boys, seafood plates, jambalaya, pho, fried chicken, lao sausage, barbecue beef, etc.
The next upcoming events for the restaurant are
Sundays, Jan. 19 and 26. 11 a.m.- 9 p.m.
Mondays, Jan. 20 and 27. 4 p.m.-9 p.m.
