Nicki Minaj's husband has now been arrested because he failed to register as a sex offender in California. Kenneth Petty is a registered sex offender in New York for an attempted rape charge he had. This would also require him to register in California, which he failed to do so. This was all discovered from a normal traffic stop Wednesday. He may now be facing up to 10 years for the failure to register.
