70-year old Charles Polevich has turned himself in, who cops believe was the person involved in the hit-and-run that killed Robert Maraj.
He has been charged with two felonies which include leaving the scene of the crime involving a death and tampering or suppressing physical evidence
His bail has been set to $250 and had to turn in his passport along with his travel being restricted to New York.
