A lot of social media users were upset yesterday when they noticed they could no longer see how many likes a picture had on Instagram.
Turns out it was just a mistake and IG's boss Adam Mosseri apologized on Twitter:
IG has been testing out this feature since summer of 2019, but accidentally tested out more accounts than planned.
So for now your likes are safe.
