The maskless Uber passenger who coughed on the driver has been arrested in Las Vegas on unrelated charges.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department booking logs 24-year-old Malaysia King was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of charges relating to identity theft and burglary.
Plus she will face assault with a caustic chemical, assault and battery, and conspiracy charges with the San Francisco Police Department for the incident with the Uber driver.
