According to TMZ Ice Cube filed a lawsuit against Robinhood, the financial service company, claiming they used a photo of him in an ad featured in their news service.
The documents TMZ got ahold of Cube is claiming Robinhood took an image of him from another project he had previously worked on and put it into a newsletter update talking about stock/market corrections.
But according to Robinhood they didn't use the photo without permission telling TMZ, "The image was licensed and used for non-commercial, editorial purposes in connection with a blog article."
