Video captured three officers in Orange County detaining and/or arresting a woman on Wednesday, but one of the officers did seem to step out of line, throwing punches at the handcuffed woman.
The other two officers stepped in and stopped the officer from continuing to throw jabs at the woman, pushing him off.
