The University of California and California State University announced they are planning to require all students and staff to get vaccinated if they're are on campus in the fall.
The school systems are just waiting for the FDA to fully approve at least one vaccine and that there are enough supplies of the shots available.
UC President Michael V. Drake said "receiving a vaccine for the virus that causes Covid-19 is key step people can take to protect themselves, their friends and family, and our campus communities while helping bring the pandemic to an end."
