Nelly found himself in headlines after a leaked oral sex video was posted on his IG.
The video was deleted quickly, but it was enough time for people to screen record it and share it all over social media.
Nelly did tell TMZ, "I sincerely apologize to the young lady and her family, this is unwanted publicity for her/them. This was an old video that was private and never meant to go public."
As for how the video was posted, it sounds likes he may have been hacked because his team told TMZ they're investigating a breach and concerned more of Nelly's private content may also end up online... including financial information, personal documents and passwords.
