The Disney Aspire program has already helped thousands of Disneyland employees get a free college education, but it has always been for online courses.
However, now Disneyland is in the process of working with California State University Fullerton College and Fullerton College to offer free in-person education to Disneyland employees through the Aspire program.
The Aspire program covers the cost of 200 degrees at the associate, bachelor's and master's levels and 80 certificates in learning and trade programs.
