Poll Shows Women Would Rather Suffer Than Tell Their Boss About Periods

According to a new research shared, women would rather suffer in silence at work than admit they are struggling with a health condition.

Six in 10 women say they wouldn't feel comfortable discussing topic such as menstrual cramps, sweat test breast examinations or menopause with a manager.

The poll was on 2,000 adult women found that 40% felt it would be too awkward and uncomfortably to discuss those things with their boss.

Around 36 percent said they would feel embarrassed, and 22 percent said they would keep quite as they didn’t want to come across as a ‘slacker’ to other.
