A video of has a lot of parents upset after two little girls appeared to be ignored by Rosita at a Sesame Street parade in Philly.
The little girls' mother captured it all on video, where Rosita is seen waving and interacting with children, but when she gets to her daughters, it appears Rosita is turning them down and walks away.
Kelly Rowland saw the video and commented, ""Had that been me... that whole parade would have been in flames."
