Disney's Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is set to reopen Aug. 25 following pandemic closures, but with some changes.
For the first time, men will also be workers in the boutique which was decided before the pandemic. So to be more gender inclusive Disney will replace "fairy godmothers in training " with "Fairy Godmother's Apprentices."
"This way cast members that might not identify as female can still be part of the process to dress up & style the children without having to refer to themselves as a female Disney character," third-party Disney blog Stream The Magic said.
