Apparently, this video is elevator footage from an apartment complex in Russia, where residents had been complaining for weeks that the elevator had been "shaking," according to Russian news site 93.ru.
The superintendent supposedly repaired it a week ago, but clearly it needed more fixing.
Glad it didn't end up worse for the man.
