Takeoff's memorial service is this Friday at State Farm Arena and it's being reported that Justin Bieber will be performing. It's not known what song he will be performing, but he has collaborated with Migos in the past.
It's also being reported that all phones will be confiscated from anyone attending and any other performances are going to be closely guarded.
