SoFi Stadium may not be able to host the World Cup final in 2026. Apparently the field is too narrow for FIFA's standards. SoFi would have to take seats out but that would cause another issue because SoFi seats 70,240 people and is already struggling to meet the 80k World Cup final minimum. MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and AT&T in Dallas are now considered the front-runner if SoFi can’t figure it out.
