How to Get 2026 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tickets: Step by Step

Log in to Ticketmaster early. Sign in at Ticketmaster.com or in the Ticketmaster app at least 15 minutes before noon local time. Check that your password works and your account is verified.
Save your payment info ahead of time. Add your card and billing address to your account now so checkout goes faster.
Go to the right event page. Search "Jingle Ball" plus your city, and double-check the date and venue before you join the queue.
Join the queue before noon. Ticketmaster usually opens a waiting room before the sale. Keep the page open and don't refresh once you're in line.
