Rick Ross looks like a new man. No, seriously. In an interview with Men's Health, the rapper opened up about his 75 lbs. weight loss.
I'm happy," he admitted. "I'm still losing weight, and now I'm starting to build hard muscle in places." Back in 2011, the Boss suffered two seizures in the matter of a few hours, this quickly made his realize that he had to get in better shape.
Weighting 350 lbs at this time, the task to drop the weight wasn't easy. But, Rick was committed. So, he thought of a clever way to change his eating habits.
"If I quit all the things I loved cold turkey, I knew it would only be so long before I went back to my old ways," he said. So instead, he allowed himself to eat fast food between noon and 5pm, and only for two to three days per week.
Rick also worked out with friends and created "RickFit," his own version of CrossFit. And in no time, Rozay the pounds began falling off!
"My advice for anyone looking to lose weight is to not make it feel like a job," the rapper explained. We're glad he's living a much happier, healthier life.
