Open year round, Cattail Cove State Park has everything we could possibly ask for here in Arizona. There is lots of space for running, hiking, swimming, boating, and playing all depending on the season you decide to visit.
The "little beach" that we all have been excited to find out about sits within a small cove along the river and it is definitely one of the stars here! The lovely white sand dips into the river's deep blue waters, just waiting for wading, splashing and lots of swimming.
