Starbucks customers got more than they bargained for with their coffee last Sunday after 2pm at the a Starbucks in Goodyear at Dysart and McDowell - a 56-year-old woman, Wendy Bricel, according to AZ Central apparently was "mooning" customers including children. She was arrested on " suspicion of indecent exposure."
"Bricel then turned around, bent over, removed her shorts and exposed her buttocks and genitals to the victim, who had a child and a man sitting in her vehicle."
