A reopening of of an ice bar is coming to Phoenix east of the Highway 101 and Via del Ventura. "Polar Play Ice Bar" which is built in OdySea Aquarium is re-opening this week and will be kept at 23 degrees. The location has ice games, ice sculptures and a lounge.
When you enter the bar you get a parka or faux fur coat as well as gloves. The location is filled with upbeat music, an LED light show and other forms of entertainment. Luckily if your not a friend of the cold there is another bar on the other side of the door called "The Lodge." It is open daily 11am-8pm.
