Traditionally when you attend prom the entertainment you expect for the night comes from a DJ playing dance hits and classics. This year Xavier and Brophy decided to do something a little different by hiring a local band, "The Color 8," to play during their prom for an hour. They had the same band last year and it was so successful they decided to bring them back. The band has been making waves around Phoenix ever since they started playing at First Friday and most recently got back from a tour with rapper "Futuristic." They play a variety of music including rock, hip hop, reggae and R&B. They can be found tomorrow at First Friday right next to Monorchid, the art gallery.
