New Restaurant "The Hot Chick" Let's Your Travel Back To The 70's

A new 70's fried chicken themed restaurant called "The Hot Chick" recently opened in Scottsdale, AZ. Owners, Ryan and Caitlan Jacque, goal was to bring back the nostalgic retro vibes. Caitlan's love for old 70's records and music brought them the idea for the inside decor. She also wanted to bring more fried chicken into the Scottsdale area and uses some of her grandmas recipes in the menu.

With Chef Hector Cruz at their side they have created some delicious dishes including their main one, "The Hot Chick." It contains a crispy spicy hot chicken with a house made pickle slaw. With an instant spice, sweet chicken sauce and cole slaw to cool it down it definitely hits the spot. This dish goes great with their "Pootie Tang Taste" drink which has an orange like refreshing taste.

Their second popular dish is their "Original Fried Chicken" which comes with a house made biscuit and maple butter. The biscuit instantly crumbles in your mouth and is finished with a heavenly sweet butter taste. This dish is paired well with their "Que Pasa" drink which is 1800 Blanco tequila, elderflower, pineapple, lime and agave.
