A new "Matt’s Big Breakfast" location is opening in Scottsdale just in time for the new year. Slated to open Friday, January. 17 at 6:30 AM. Known for its farm-fresh ingredients and generous portions first launched in Phoenix in 2004 before expanding and building an intensely loyal fanbase along the way.
The new location will be Scottsdale’s first, and the team at Matt’s plans to celebrate accordingly. Up for grabs during Matt’s Grand Opening celebration is free bacon for 6 months for the first 50 guests in line at 6:30 a.m., and all of the grand opening day proceeds will help fund child hunger relief efforts.
“It’s high time we brought Matt’s Big Breakfast to Scottsdale, and we can’t wait to get to know everyone in the neighborhood starting in mid-January,” said the owner Matt Pool. “Expect this location to have its own local feel, but the same quality, consistency and service you’ve\come to know and love from Matt’s.”
Widely recognized for its reliance on local vendors and premium ingredients, Matt’s focused menu of breakfast, brunch and lunchtime favorites has earned it mentions in The New York Times, Bon Appetit, Eater and numerous other industry authorities. As far as menu options, anticipate a hearty mix of sweet and savory breakfast, lunch and brunch classics, from Griddle Cakes made with sweet cream butter and Vermont maple syrup to the Chop & Chick featuring two eggs, a skillet-seared Iowa pork chop, toast and potatoes.
Matt’s Big Breakfast’s new Scottsdale location at 13610 N Scottsdale Rd #1 Scottsdale, AZ 85254 it joins existing eateries in Downtown Tempe, Biltmore Plaza, Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport.
