Floyd Mayweather was one of many who partied over the Memorial Day weekend as CDC continues to urge the country to social distance & avoid large crowds.
Mayweather was spotted at a local nightclub in Scottsdale, Arizona at his own table as many club-goers watched & took photos of the champion boxer. Arizona gave the go-ahead to local bars/restaurants to re-open as of May 11th and the state's stay-at-home order was lifted on May 15th.
However, this comes with strong advice from the local government officials to continue social distancing, wearing masks in public and stick with smaller groups.
Mayweather is drawing some criticism on social media for being out in large crowds while wearing no mask.
As of the writing of this article, there 16,561 cases of COVID-19 and 806 deaths in Arizona.
