Along with New Year's Resolutions comes the idea of Dry January. What is Dry January? It's a type of detox from alcohol that people do in January after the holidays and of course, New Year's Eve when things get boozy and crazy! But according to a new study, there are even more perks then less chances of a hangover.
The new study comes from the University Of Sussex that found a Dry January can "improve your sleep, your skin, your energy levels", and all that!
