The Sonoma-Marin Fair held their annual “World’s Ugliest Dog” contest over the weekend, and a dog named "Scamp the Tramp" was crowned the winner.
Scamp was rescued off the streets of Compton, California before finding a home in Santa Rosa and serving as a senior center's therapist dog for the past seven years.
Scamp has gray dreadlocks, frizzy fur and a tongue that hangs out a little too far. His owner thinks he looks like musician Keith Richards, of the Rolling Stones.
Newly-crowned Scamp and his owner are now headed to New York City to appear on the "Today" Show. The pair are also taking home $1,500.
