Here’s a MICROWAVE chef’s LIFE HACK list for the MICRO..
First..put your food .. not in the middle of the plate you are warming but around the sides…. The platter spins and the food will get evenly warmed up instead of having cold stuff in the middle..
Did you know if you stab your hot pocket with a fork before putting it in the microwave it keeps it from exploding?
MICROWAVE PERFECT BACON:
To do it, line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel, top it with bacon, and cover with another paper towel (this will keep the bacon fat from getting the whole microwave dirty). Then, microwave it for 6 to 7 minutes, let cool, and dig in.
