I’m going to go to the GYM once a week. 

AND HAVE .. THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE BAD BEHAVIOR .. READY.. 

If your goal is to stop drinking soda.. 

Have a ton of sugar free flavored water or herbal tea ready to rock .. 

AND .. 

TELL PEOPLE ABOUT IT.. BUT ONLY.. AS YOU DO IT.. 

Gotta go to the gym.
