During this recent hurricane Dorian, a brick of cocaine was found by a beach goer washed up on shore in Paradise Beach Park, Melbourne.
The brick of cocaine was tested by an officer on patrol at the beach and was tested. The results came back it was in fact a kilo of cocaine, and will eventually be destroyed.
I wonder what the story was behind that?
