WWE's Newest Hire is a 7 foot-Three USF Basketball Athlete

WWE newest hire well known here in Tampa Bay... The recent addition to the WWE, is 7 foot-three, 329 lb former USF basketball player Tolulope Omogbehin.

It was reported in October, that WWE signed Nigerian born 25 year old, Tolulope Omogbehin (also known as "Jordan"), along with seven other athletes to the WWE performance center in Orlando. Tolulope made his in ring debut at a local NXT house show in July.

Prior to getting his WWE contract, Tolulope attended University of South Florida where he played center position in 2012-2014.

WWE is known for having the best giants in the business, like Andre The Giant, Big Show, The Great Khali, Kane, The Undertaker, and Braun Strowman to name a few.

Now the newest, and next 'big' star Tolulope, is being coached on drills at the performance center. He is also using the quickness he used on his feet in basketball to help get around the 20X20 WWE ring, and with his opponents.

WWE just had their Wrestlemania pre-ticket sale last week at Amalie Arena, along with an NXT show on the plaza. WWE will be returning to Tampa for the biggest wrestling event in 2020. On Sunday, April 5th for Wrestlemania 36 at Raymond James Stadium.

Maybe we'll see Tolulope perform at NXT during the Wrestlmania weekend festivities coming up here in Tampa bay?
