WOAH!
Looks like the Phoenix-based chain, Sprouts, is in talks to merge with Albertsons!
An article from Bloomberg says the two supermarkets are in early conversations about the chains merging together.
As of today... Albertsons employs about 15,000 workers here in Arizona and Sprouts which is about 4,000. Plus... Sprouts as of now has 36 stores in Arizona.
Do you think this is a good idea?
