We told you several months ago that multiple Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Adele had separated from her husband Simon. According to PEOPLE, she moved to make it official, filing for divorce on Thursday in Los Angeles.
Adele and her estranged husband Simon Konecki have been separated for five months. They have a 6 year old son San Angelo.
A rep for the singer told the Associated Press, "Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”
