Working Out At Home During Quarantine

COVID-19 has definitely lead to some major changes in our day to day lives. With so many places implementing restrictions and shutting down to enforce social distancing, a lot of us are lost now that gyms are closed! Summer bods are supposed to be in the making right now and now we all gotta be quarantined. No worries though, TCR can help!

Check out this DIY at-home workout we found for you guys to try. Just lather the ground up with hand sanitizer (doesn't work on carpet) and start running!

Ok we're just kidding obviously you can't be wasting hand sanitizer like that right now.

On a serious note, there are plenty of ways to stay active during this quarantine. It's time to go back to the fundamentals. Body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc. are great. Looking for more of a challenge? jumping squats, jumping lunges are easy add ons that really make these basic exercises burn. If you own a jump rope, great cardio and if not, jumping jacks are still a great exercise. Burpee's are another great way to get your heart rate up.
