It was devastating news when we heard about the drowning of Naya Rivera and now her ex-husband has filed a lawsuit on his son's behalf.
He filed the documents on Tuesday, claiming Ventura County is responsible for her death, because the boat did not meet safety standards.
He is also claiming there was no warning signs of dangerous water and Rivera wasn't warned to wear her life jacket.
