Vanessa Bryant has inspired us all, showcasing her strength and the mamba mentality of getting through the passing of Kobe Bryant and Gigi.
In an interview with PEOPLE she says, "I can't say that I'm strong every day. I can't say that there aren't days when I feel like I cant' survive to the next."
She continued, "This pain unimaginable [but] you just have to get up and push forward. Lying in bed crying isn't going to change the fact that my family will never be the same again. But getting out of bed and pushing forward is going to make the day better for my girls and for me. So that's what I do."
Raising her three daughters and learning to accept their new reality she has also worked to keep her husband and daughter's legacy alive, relaunching Kobe's non-profit as Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation.
The foundation helps provide equal opportunities to underserved athletes along with empowering young girls.
