It's been a week since Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars and he is still feeling the aftermath.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix was in the process of finding a new director for Fast and Loose, where Smith was to play a crime boss who loses his memory after an attack. Apparently, a week before the Oscars, director David Leitch withdrew from the project, but with the slapping incident the film has been "quietly moved to the back burner." It's unclear if Netflix will try to make the movie with another star and director.
And that's not the only project of Will's that's being affected. Bad Boy 4 was in active development prior to the Oscars, but Sony has decided to put a hold on the movie and according to the report, a few other project in pre-production are likely to follow suit.
