This just sounds ALL BAD!!!
Scientist want to broadcast Earth's EXACT location, sending out a radio message and once decoded will include a map of Earth and a drawing of DNA.
On top of that, the message will also have a diagram of a male and female form and an invitation to reply.
That just sounds like scientist are looking for trouble!
