Wow, some of these pledges are just crazy!!
And this boss is being torn apart online for having his employees sign such a thing!
The contract that is given to the employees is named Skill and Work Aren't Taboo, mandates employees not to whine and to show up for work early.
Which that part, I kinda agree with, but the other rules are a little insane!
"If I am unhappy at work, I will either find a new job or find a way to be happy."
Sheesh, I mean how about the workplace doing more to keep their employees happy?
Another rule was employees must believe jobs are "opportunities" and it's down to the responsibility of the worker to maximize them.
