There's been some recent drama from Kim Kardashian and Ray J's sex tape, where Ray J is insisting he, along with Kris and Kim were involved in releasing the tape.
He also says that Kris and Kim plotted the whole tape once they saw the financial success of Paris Hilton's. However, according to TMZ Kris was hands-off making the actual deal, having no contact with Vivid.
Ray J, could still be telling the truth that Kris was working behind the scenes, because Vivid could not have released the tape without the signature of Kim and Ray. It it did, there would be a "slam dunk" lawsuit.
