Robert Maraj, who was the driver that fatally struck Nicki Minaj's dad in a hit-and-run has been sentenced.
He was ordered to serve 1 year in jail Wednesday after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of an incident without reporting and tampering with physical evidence.
Maraj's driver license will also be suspended for 6 months and a $5,000 fine.
