Looks like the blue light from our electronic devices aren't just bad for our eyes... It also causes wrinkles.
The latest researched indicated that "excessive exposure to blue light... may have detrimental effects on a wide range of cells in our body, from skin and fat cells, to sensory neurons," according to Oregon State University scientist Jadwiga Giebultowicz.
He also added to his published study in the journal Frontiers in Aging, "Our study suggest that avoidance of excessive blue light exposure may be a good anti-aging strategy."
But it may be hard to avoid blue lights since we are exposed not only from our phones, but computers, TVs and ambient lighting during most of our daily lives.
