Drake is trying to make some moves to get out of his deposition in the XXXTENTACION murder trial, claiming that the subpoena was procedurally defective.
Apparently, defense attorney Mauricio Padilla sent a ZOOM link without putting it under seal, which could have compromised Drake's security. The documents obtained by TMZ also says Padilla filed a notice with the court but failed to include details on how the ZOOM interview with Drake would be conducted.
