National City Is set to launch its free electric vehicle passenger shuttle program, which will be free rides around National City by the end of Summer. The shuttle service will operate 7 days a week, from 6:30 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 10am to 7 pm on weekends. And the goal is to boost transportation options and reduce the city’s carbon footprint.
