The Festival of Lights is a Riverside tradition and this year will actually be the 31st anniversary and the ceremonies usually draw up to 75,000 people outside the Mission Inn. the streets are closed, there’s fireworks and it was just announced that it will start early this year on Nov 18, which usually its the Friday after Thanksgiving.
