This is a really sad story, there’s an elderly couple who has lost their house after making payments for the last 20 years. Apparenlty their son signed it away and the owner is evicting them.
Back in 2003, when they were purchasing the home, the woman helping them told their son he didn’t have to include his parents on the title.
They wanted to be included but their son said not to worry about it and since they didn’t know English well that’s where they were lied to. So now they are living with their daughter and can’t believe their son would do this to them. There rent was only $700 a month so they can’t afford today’s prices but a GoFundMe has been started if you are able to help out.
