If you are struggling mentally and just need to talk to someone the Urban Restoration Counseling Center is a nonprofit ran by people of color to serve communities of color. They offer 15 sessions of no cost therapy to anyone who need it and if you choose to continue after that it’s only $40 a session and just last year the organization gave over 300 people no cost therapy for individual couples and family, plus they serve every age.
