Tomorrow there is going to be a community Christmas tree lighting with Santa at the Otay Ranch Town Center and this is from 4 to 7 p.m. with free holiday crafts for kids, free cookies and hot chocolate plus snowfall at Santa’s house takes place after the tree lighting.
