Starting this summer most California bars and night clubs will be required to offer roofie tests. They come as strips, stickers or straws, but even though places will be required to provide them they are not required to be free.
The Lewis Library and Technology Center announced a new partnership with Raising Canes to promote reading among children up to to 17. The Raising Readers with Raising Cane’s program will run through February 29. And you can sign up for the program at sbclib.beanstack.org. And to earn an achievement award participants must check out 5 books with their library card, read those books and track them then they’ll receive a free kids meal voucher.
Knott’s Berry Farm has closed down one it’s rides forever! The Huff and Puff ride in camp snoopy had it’s final day on Sunday. The ride had been around since 1983, the maximum height was 52 inches so it was for the kiddos but I’m sure it’s going to be replace with something just as cool, as part of the whole camp snoopy makeover.
