If you’re thinking of expanding your family and getting a new pet, all adoptions fees will be waived this Saturday at Riverside County's three largest shelters located in Jurupa Valley, San Jacinto and Thousand Palms. And will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. so it’s pretty flexible hours. Plus on top of that all impound fees are waived so if you had a dog but its locked up and you haven’t had the money this is your chance to get them out.
With Monday being Memorial Day, the City of Menifee will be holding its annual Remembrance Ceremony from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday at Wheatfield Park. This is free to the public and will include special presentations, guest speakers, a remembrance message, wreath laying and a flyover. Attendees will also be given flowers to place around the memorial wreath to honor their loved ones during the ceremony.
